- Project in Progress - Landscape Layout Plan and 3D Video Walk-through. Plan incorporates existing 1 acre Garden Center [Sam's (Buchanan) Dam Ranch] into over-all plan for developing 2 adjoining acres into 3 acre Gardens and Multi-Mart on the Corner of TX HW 29 and RM 1431.
Boland Residence Project 2 - Client owned adjacent lot that he wished incorporated into design of the intital entry upgrade project. This project envolved enclosing the existing garage with bay windows, relocating the garage and preparing an entegrated landscape layout for both lots.
Personal Residence
Series of "SmallScapes"connected by trails and walkways including: arbor-outdoor kitchen; greenhouse; workshop; raised planter - gardening area; raised deck and railings; garden pond and water features; patios; scenic overlook; and, dry pond.
Commercial - Preliminary Site Plan and Site Plan Assessment - 1.88 acre site- Landscape Design and Construction Company warehouse, office and site storage facilities
- Prepared and submitted preliminary site plan to City of Austin Watershed Protection and Development Review Department
- In addition to addressing present company needs, plan provided for innovative use of 50' Texas Gas underground pipeline r-o-w; and, innovative alternatives for rainwater harvesting and gardening, including such features as: Rooftop rainwater(rw) collection and storage; Site storm water diversion to rainwater garden; Native plant propagation/site restoration; Food crop gardening and community distribution; Community/school outreach, education and involvement

- University Ave. Church - project design, build and management, including:
Drainage correction and landscape redesign/restoration
Irrigation system redesign and installation
